To make this delicious grilled cheese you will need:
2 slices of rustic bread
Aged White Cheddar (or your favorite type of cheese)
Grapes, halved (any variety, cotton candy grapes are pictured and currently in season)
Maille Acacia Honey and Walnut Mustard
Heat an iron skillet and spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the other side spread Maille Honey and Walnut Mustard. Place the buttered side of one of the slices down into the heated iron skillet. Top with goat cheese and aged white cheddar, grapes, and the other slice of bread. Grill until golden and flip. Grill the other side until golden and cheese is melted. Slice in half and enjoy!
